Just finished the Tough Mudder Race I had been training for... It was a grueling day- but was lots of fun and I am excited to do it again! The course was laid out at Mt. Snow in Vermont and included 28 obstacles in addition to a lot of running. There was 7,000 feet of elevation gain over the 10 mile course and a total of 13,747 feet of elevation gained and lost. That is roughly equivalent to starting at the base lodge and climbing to the summit if the mountain and then running back down three and a half times!
